27 January 2006 - In view of the Lunar New Year festive period and low demand, adjustments to be made to some of the bus services are as follows:

(1) Jurong Industrial Services

As demand for the Jurong Industrial Services will be low during the Lunar New Year period, Services 246, 249, 251, 252, 254, 255, and 257 will be adjusted from 29 January to 5 February 2006.

(2) Service 68

Service 68, plying between Tampines Bus Interchange and Tampines Industrial Park A will not operate from 28 to 31 January 2006,ie. the eve and first three days of the Lunar New Year. Operations will resume on 1 February 2006.

(3) Service 96, Chinatown Direct Services – CT8, CT18 and CT28, as well as Express Services 502 and 518

Service 96, Chinatown Direct Services CT 8, CT 18 and CT 28, as well as Express Services 502 and 518 will not operate from 29 to 31 January 2006, the first three days of the Lunar New Year. Operations will resume on 1 February 2006.

CT8 : Operates from Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9 to Chinatown

CT18 : Operates from Bedok North Avenue 3 to Chinatown

CT28 : Operates from Clementi Avenue 4 to Chinatown

Express Service 502: Operates from Boon Lay Bus Interchange to Marina Centre (loop)

Express Service 518: Operates from Pasir Ris Bus Interchange to Moulmein Road / Orchard Road / Marina Centre (loop)
