1. What is “Refer a friend” about?
By referring your friends to this promotion, you and your friends will be rewarded with Lucky Draw chances for our Grand Lucky Draw, where you stand to win an Apple iMac worth $2,500. The more you refer, the more Lucky Draw chances you will get!
2. How do I refer a friend?
Before you (the referral) start referring your friends, please ensure the following:
- You are an e-stamp Concession Pass Holder for bus travel.
- You have registered yourself for this promotion.
- You have at least 1 valid e-token in your account.
Hereafter, fill up your friend’s name, identification no. and email address on the Refer a Friend page. After you have clicked SEND, an email will be sent to your friend to inform him/her about our promotion. Your friend will then follow a registration link that allows him/her to sign up for this promotion.
3. What is considered a successful referral?
For the referral to be successful, your friend (the referree) should:
- Hold an e-stamp Concession Pass for bus travel.
- Be someone who has not signed up for this promotion as well as in earlier promotions before.
- Sign up for this promotion by following the registration link in the email sent to him/her.
- Complete at least 1 SBS Transit bus ride during the promotion period.
If any of the above conditions is not fulfilled, the referral would be deemed unsuccessful.
4. What if my friend has already been referred by someone else?
If your friend has previously been referred to successfully, your referral will not be considered.
When the same person is referred to by more than 1 person, the first person who refers will be awarded the Lucky Draw chance.
5. What happens when the referral is successful?
For every successful referral, both the referral and referree will be given 1 Lucky Draw Chance each.
6. What is the maximum number of friends I can refer?
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer! Just ensure that they fulfill the conditions for a successful referral in Question 3 above.
