a) The employees of ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd and its subsidiary companies shall not be eligible for the Weekly Online Auction and Lucky Draw promotion.
b) It is the customer’s responsibility to provide to SBS Transit current, complete and accurate information and to keep such information up-to-date. SBS Transit cannot and will not be responsible for any problems that may arise or be liable in any way if information provided by the customer is not current, complete or accurate.
c) The Weekly Online Auction and Lucky Draw promotion shall be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions and SBS Transit may from time to time amend, vary or supplement these terms and conditions and update such changes accordingly at the SBS Transit website.
d) Registration for participation in the Weekly Online Auction shall be deemed and construed as acceptance and agreement on the part of the participating customer to be bound by all the terms and conditions pertaining to the Weekly Online Auction. Participation in the Lucky Draw shall be deemed to be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions pertaining to the Lucky Draw and customers shall be deemed and construed to have accepted the terms and conditions for the Lucky Draw and to be bound by all the terms and conditions pertaining to the Lucky Draw.
e) Registration of e-stamp Concession Pass Holders (for bus travel) for participation in the Weekly Online Auction or checking of e-tokens and collection of Lucky Draw prizes shall constitute irrevocable permission by such customers to SBS Transit and its subsidiary companies to use the information registered or available for the purpose of customer relations or promotion activities (or any other matters so determined by SBS Transit) without any liability, responsibility, compensation or notice.
f) SBS Transit reserves the right to draw reserve winners in the event that any winner should be subsequently disqualified for any reason for the Weekly Online Auction and Lucky Draw.
g) SBS Transit may at its sole discretion at any time replace or substitute any item or prize with another item.
h) SBS Transit shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine the colour and any fitting, fixture and accessory of the items and prize in each draw. The winner shall accept the items and prize on an "as is" basis.
i) SBS Transit makes no representations nor warranties whatsoever as to the quality, safety, suitability or fitness for purpose of any of the items auctioned or prizes awarded. All implied warranties or conditions on the part of SBS Transit are hereby expressly excluded.
j) SBS Transit reserves the right to disqualify any prize claim if the winning Concesssion Pass has been tampered with in any manner.
k) All uncollected items or prize shall be forfeited and donated to a charity chosen at the discretion of SBS Transit and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
l) SBS Transit's decision on all matters relating to the Weekly Online Auction and Lucky Draw shall be final and binding. SBS Transit shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter relating to the Weekly Online Auction and Lucky Draw.
m) SBS Transit reserves the right to use the pictures and photographs of auction and prize winners and disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of all or any auction and prize winners for publicity purposes and the auction and prize winners agrees to co-operate and participate in the activities organised by SBS Transit for these purposes, without any fee or compensation whatsoever.
n) SBS Transit reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Weekly Online Auction or Lucky Draw at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice for any reason whatsoever without liability.
a) SBS Transit and its participating agencies shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including SBS Transit’s website), or on account of any combination of the foregoing.
b) SBS Transit and its participating agencies shall not be responsible in any way to the customer for any direct or indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses howsoever caused, including without limitation those arising from:
i. any decision of SBS Transit or any act, omission, mistake or misrepresentation of SBS Transit in relation to any matters of the Weekly Online Auction or Lucky Draw including the computation of e-tokens;
- any breach or failure by SBS Transit to perform any of the obligations set out in these terms and conditions;
iii. the state or condition of the items or prizes featured for Weekly Online Auction or Lucky Draw;
iv. any amendment, variation or modification of these terms and conditions;
v. any destruction, theft, unauthorised access to or alteration of any data, transactions or records;
vi. any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer;
vii. forfeiture of any item or prize for any reason; and
- the withdrawal or termination of the Weekly Online Auction or Lucky Draw promotion for any reason.
