Blue Dog coupons are for redemption prizes. 2 categories of prizes are available: The first is for 10 Blue dog coupon prizes while the second for 5 Blue dog coupon prizes. These prizes will be redeemed at Clarke Quay Station Passenger Service Center and are subject to availability. |

4. Redemption Coupon
Two types of coupons are accepted for redemption of HongBaos. One HongBao would be issued for 1 coupon for every paying ride. These are:
4a. E-Coupon
Printout this e-coupon and present to our BC when you ride with us to collect your HongBao. Note that only paid rides are eligible to collect the HongBao.
4b. FLYERS
Each flyer on the Lucky HongBao Giveaway flyer contains 4 coupons. While only 1 coupon can be exchanged per trip on CityBuzz or Chinatown Direct ride, the remaining coupons can be redeemed on subsequent trips.

5. GENERAL
a) The employees of ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd and its subsidiary companies as well as their immediate family members shall not be eligible for the promotion.
b) It is the customer’s responsibility to provide to SBST current, complete and accurate information and to keep such information up to date. SBST cannot and will not be responsible for any problems that may arise or be liable in any way if information provided by the customer is not current, complete or accurate.
c) The promotion shall be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions and SBST may from time to time amend, vary or supplement these terms and conditions and update such changes accordingly at the SBST website.
d) Participation in the promotion shall be deemed to be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions pertaining to the promotion and customers shall be deemed and construed to have accepted the terms and conditions for the Lucky Draw and to be bound by all the terms and conditions pertaining to the promotion.
e) SBST's decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding. SBST shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter relating to the promotion.
f) SBST reserves the right to use the pictures and photographs of prize-winners and disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of all or any prize-winner for publicity purposes and the prize-winner agrees to co-operate and participate in the activities organised by SBST for these purposes, without any fee or compensation whatsoever.
g) SBST reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice for any reason whatsoever without liability.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a) SBST and its participating agencies shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including SBST’s website), or on account of any combination of the foregoing.
b) SBST and its participating agencies shall not be responsible in any way to the customer for any direct or indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses howsoever caused, including without limitation those arising from:
i. any decision of SBST or any act, omission, mistake or misrepresentation of SBST in relation to any matters of the promotion;
ii. any breach or failure by SBST to perform any of the obligations set out in these terms and conditions;
iii. the state or condition of the prizes featured for promotion;
iv. any amendment, variation or modification of these terms and conditions;
v. any destruction, theft, unauthorised access to or alteration of any data, transactions or records;
vi. any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer;
vii. forfeiture of any prize for any reason; and
viii. the withdrawal or termination of the promotion for any reason.
