TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If the laminated covering of your Pass is torn or broken, it can be replaced (free of charge) at SBS Transit HQ (205 Braddell Road, S’pore 579701). Lamination of the Pass by outside vendor will not be accepted and will result in the Pass being confiscated.
  2. For Pass renewal i.e. to change personal details or photograph on Pass, a renewal fee of $5.35 is chargeable (GST inclusive).
  3. When the Pass is lost, a report must be lodged with the Police immediately. To obtain a replacement Pass, the original Police Report must be produced to SBS Transit Ltd (SBST). An administrative charge of $16.05, $21.40, $26.75 (GST inclusive) will be imposed for the first, second and third replacement, respectively.
  4. For Pass renewel or replacement, please bring along a recent colour Passport photograph and your NRIC.
  5. If you are visiting SBST HQ for any of the above matters, please call 62848866 to fix an appointment.
  6. SBST reserves the right to revise the price of the monthly stamp for concession travel without notice.
  7. This Pass is valid for travel on SBST basic bus services when a valid SBST Shareholder Concession stamp is pasted onto the space provided. With the exception of Park services, the BCP/HCP is not applicable for travel on all Premium and Basic-Plus services such as CityShopper, Express, Fast Forward, Nite Owl, Chinatown Direct and Stadium Direct.
  8. It must be shown without demand to the Bus Captain/Ticket Inspector or other authorised officers of SBST when travelling in SBST buses.
  9. It is a personalised Pass that is not transferable.
  10. This Pass is the property of SBST and will be confiscated :
    1. If the valid monthly stamp is not completely pasted onto the correct position shown on the Pass, or
    2. If the valid monthly stamp is pasted on another plastic cover housing the Pass other than the one provided by SBST, or
    3. If no valid monthly stamp is pasted, or
    4. If the plastic cover is not sealed and the Pass is removable, or
    5. For any reason SBST deem necessary. An explanation can be obtained from SBST HQ.
  11. Validity of this Pass ceases when a Police Report has been made of its loss.
  12. No temporary Pass will be issued in case of loss or confiscation of Pass.
  13. It is your responsibility to safekeep your Pass and SBST is under no obligation to refund or compensate for unused stamps either in part or in full in case of loss or confiscation of Pass.
  14. Criminal proceedings may be taken against any person who abuses the use of this Pass or breach any of the above Terms and Conditions.
  15. SBST reserves the right to change the above Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
