Live Music on SBS Transit Bus

Enjoy 'Live Music' while travelling on public bus? Yes, public bus commuters in Singapore can now experience live music while travelling on a SBS Transit bus.

Look out for our double deck bus with the Motorola E398 design deployed on the SBS Transit Service 143 over two weekends - 27 & 28 August 2004 and 4 & 5 September 2004, hop on and be entertained by 'live' light music by local popular bands - E.I.C, Fuse and China. This music experience of 3D surround sound is made available through a new feature equipped in the Motorola E398 design.

This project is a collaboration between SBS Transit and Motorola South East Asia.

Mr Ong Boon Leong, Chief Operating Officer of SBS Transit said, "We are happy to extend this unique experience to our customers with our business partner. SBS Transit is always on the lookout for new ways to offer innovative value-added services to our customers."

The 45-minutes live performance will commence on trips leaving from Toa Payoh Bus Interchange at 10.45 am and 2.27 pm and from Jurong East Bus Interchange at 12.39 pm on 27 August 2004. The departure schedules for the live music bus on 28 August 2004 are at 10.49 am and 2.17 pm from Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and 12.27 pm from Jurong East Bus Interchange. Details for 4 and 5 September 2004 will be released next week.

Service 143 plies between Toa Payoh and Jurong East Bus Interchange.
