Introduction of New Service 296
Commuters staying in Tampines will soon find it more convenient to get to the Tampines North Polyclinic, Angsana Primary School and Tampines Retail Park (IKEA, Giant Hypermarket and COURTS Megastore) when Service 296 is introduced on Sunday, 28 April 2024.
Service 296 is a loop service that will operate from Tampines Bus Interchange. It will serve 17 other bus stops enroute along Tampines Avenue 5, Tampines Avenue 6, Tampines North Drive 1, Tampines North Drive 2 and Tampines Street 64.

Service 296 will operate daily, including public holidays, from 5.15am to 12.50am. It will operate at a frequency of 10 minutes during peak hours and 15 minutes during non-peak hours.
