Route amendment for services 27, 80, 87, 89, 89e, 107/107M and 161

The routes of seven SBS Transit bus services - 27, 80, 87, 89, 89e, 107/107M and 161 - will be temporarily amended from Sunday, 28 August 2022, due to the closure of a section of Hougang Central to facilitate the construction of the Cross Island MRT Line.  

Service 107/107M 

As a result, Service 107/107M will call at two additional pairs of bus stops along Hougang Avenue 4 and Hougang Central and skip a pair of bus stops along Hougang Avenue 10: 

Commuters travelling from the skipped bus stops can take alternative Service 62, 82, 113 or 325 and transfer to the amended Service 107/107M at the bus stop along Hougang Avenue 10, in front of Hougang Swimming Complex (63359).   

Services 27, 80, 87, 89, 89e and 161 

With the route amendment, Services 27, 80, 87, 89, 89e and 161 will also be affected. They will call at an additional pair of bus stops along Hougang Avenue 10: 

• Blk 513 (64397) 

• Blk 831 (64391) 

The departure timings of Express Service 89e during the morning peak hours will be amended from 29 August 2022: 

The timings of the other services will remain unchanged.
