The Northeast MRT line has 16 MRT stations running from Harbourfront to Punggol. They are strategically located in the town centres to bring your customers to your doorstep. Currently, we have the following units available for lease.

Notes: -

Successful tenants shall apply to URA for the change of use if required, and other relevant authorities for the necessary approvals for the type of business operations at its own cost.
Successful tenants shall also submit the fitting out work plans at its own cost and obtain all approvals from SBS Transit Ltd and the relevant authorities before commencing any works.
Successful tenants shall comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Station and the Standard for Fire Safety in Rapid Transit Systems at all times.
Woodleigh station is not open for operation.

The lease of the spaces is awarded through tender. Notices for tender are normally advertised on Fridays in The Straits Times, Classified Notices.
