SBS Transit brings good news to residents of Punggol, Sengkang, Marine Parade, Bishan, Clementi, Jurong East, Toa Payoh, Tampines and Changi Village. Commencing Sunday, 23 October 2005, they will enjoy greater convenience with new and additional links to various destinations with the introduction of SBS Transit Services 43, 52 and 59.
SBS Transit Service 43 operates
between Punggol and Upper East Coast
Road. It will provide residents
of Punggol and Sengkang with a direct
link to Yio Chu Kang Road, Upper
Paya Lebar Road, Paya Lebar Road,
Marine Parade Road and Upper East
Coast Road.
The service operates daily with the first bus and last bus departing from Punggol Bus
Interchange and Upper East Coast Road Terminal at 5.45am and 11.45 pm respectively.
SBS Transit Service 52 operates
between Bishan and Jurong East.
It will provide residents of Bishan,
Clementi and Jurong East with the
connections as follows:

direct bus links between Bishan and Clementi / Jurong East
-
new bus link to Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Singapore Institute of Management
-
enhance the links of Clementi Road with Clementi MRT Station and Toh Guan Road with Jurong East MRT Station
The service operates daily with the first bus and last bus departing from Bishan and Jurong East Bus Interchanges at 5.45am and 11.45pm respectively.
SBS Transit Service 59 operates
between Bishan and Changi Village.
It will provide residents of Bishan,
Toa Payoh, and Tampines with the
connections as follows:

improve connection to Changi Village

additional bus service between Tampines and Toa Payoh

new service for residents along Toa Payoh Lorong 1
The service operates daily with the first bus and last bus departing from Bishan Bus Interchange and Changi Village Terminal at 6.00am and 11.30pm respectively.
Passengers of SBS Transit Services
43, 52 and 59 will be able to enjoy
special privileges on redemption
of dining vouchers or getting discount
at food outlets with bus tickets
of these services during the promotion
period for the introduction of these
services.
For Service 43, passengers can collect 10 bus tickets of this service to redeem a $10 dining voucher at Punggol Bus Interchange while stocks last. For Services 52 and 59, passengers with bus tickets will be able to enjoy 20% and 50% discount on food at Ritz Apple Strudel Pastry and Jacob's café respectively.
