22 December 2006 – SBS Transit is introducing a new bus service that will provide direct connections for Jurong residents traveling to Holland Drive. This bus service 185 will begin operations from Tuesday, 26 December, and will run daily from 6.00am to 11.00pm.

Operating from Soon Lee Depot to Buona Vista Terminal, it will go via Pioneer Road North, Jurong West Avenue 5, Jurong West Street 23, Jurong West / East Avenue 1, Clementi Avenue 6, Commonwealth Avenue West and Holland Drive.
