30 June 2006 – Bus Service Parks 409 to Mount Faber will have a new schedule starting from 1 July 2006.

The bus service will only run on weekends and public holidays from tomorrow at a 30-minute frequency and will operate from 9.00 am to 12 midnight. The adult fare remains unchanged at a flat rate of $1 while concessionary travel and transfer rebate continue to be applicable.

A loop service, Parks 409 departs from HarbourFront Interchange and plies via Seah Im Road, Telok Blangah Road, Kampong Bahru, Mount Faber Road, Pender Road, Morse Road, Telok Blangah Road, HarbourFront Avenue, Maritime Square, and HarbourFront Place. It serves to enhance the accessibility to Mount Faber.

Other Parks services offered by SBS Transit include Parks 408 to Labrador Park, Parks 400 to Marina Park, Parks 401 to East Coast Park and Parks 403 to Pasir Ris Park.
