To facilitate the National Day Combined Rehearsal that will be held on Saturday, 4 August, only the right lane of Raffles Avenue will be opened to vehicular traffic from 8.00am to 11.00pm.
As a result, nine SBS Transit services - Services 36, 56, 70X, 97, 111, 133, 162X, 195 and 502 - will not be able to call at the two bus stops located along the affected stretch of road. One of the bus stops is before Temasek Avenue and the other, opposite The Oriental Singapore.
Commuters wishing to board or alight at the area may do so at the following bus stops:

We seek the understanding of our commuters as there may be service disruption in the area as a result of this road closure.

(Note: On Saturdays, Service 70X will turn into Marina Centre from 7.27pm while Service 162X from 2.28pm. Hence, these two services will also not call at the two affected bus stops along Raffles Avenue.)
