SBS Transit's Service 179 will be temporarily diverted when Nanyang Drive is closed to vehicular traffic to facilitate the University's Road Renaming Ceremony. This will be on Friday, 26 December 2008 from 8.00am to 2.00pm and again on Monday, 29 December 2008, from 10am to 1.30pm.
During the road closure, Service 179 will ply via Nanyang Crescent and Nanyang Ave, skipping three bus stops along Nanyang Drive.
