On Sunday, 7 March 2010, between 1am and 3pm, 38 SBS Transit bus services will be temporarily affected when roads are closed to facilitate the OCBC Cycle 2010.
Due to road closures, 19 services – 10, 12, 14, 16, 30, 36, 48, 56, 57, 70M, 97, 100, 130, 131, 158, 186, 195, 196 and 518 – will be temporarily diverted to travel on alternative routes and as a result bypass some bus stops along their regular routes. Details of the road closures are as follows:

- Change in Operating Hours
Due to road closures, the operating hours of three services – Services 11, 400 and 402 – will also be temporarily affected. Service 11 will start operating from 11am and Service 400 from 1pm. There will be no operation for Service 402 between 8am and 1pm.
