With the opening of the new Clementi Interchange on Saturday, 26 November 2011, Feeder Service 284 will commence operation from 5.55 am to 12.20 am daily.

This feeder service is one of the 13 existing SBS Transit bus services from the temporary interchange that will be moved to the new Clementi Interchange. These services - 7, 14, 96, 99, 147, 156, 165, 166, 175, 196, 282, 284 and 285 will continue to ply their current routes without any changes. However, Service 284M, which was introduced in June 2009 to connect commuters to the town centre, will be withdrawn.
