Service 291 plies both the East Loop (Tampines Ave 7, St 21, 23, 32 & 33) and West Loop (Tampines Ave 5, St 83, Ave 3, St 81 & 84). Buses with the "T" suffix will terminate at Tampines Int and will not ply the other loop. Fares for feeder services are capped at 3.2 km.
