Bus Service 4 Affected by Pace YRPR

21 November 2025 –  SBS Transit Service 4 will be affected by road closure on Sunday, 23 November 2025, from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, due to Pace YRPR.

Service 4 will travel on an alternative route and skip these eight bus stops along Changi North Way, Flora Road and Tanah Merah Besar Road:

  • After Upper Changi Road North (97141)
  • After Changi North Street 1 (97301)
  • Zuellig Pharma (97311)
  • Before Changi Prison Complex (97331)
  • After Ballota Park (98319)
  • Opposite Estella Gardens (98289)
  • After Compass Green (97321)
  • Changi Women's Prison (97059)
