Bus services affected by road closures for Countdown and New Year Celebrations

The routes of 26 bus services will be diverted due to road closures for celebratory events that will be held in Boon Lay, Kovan Hub, Marina Bay and West Coast on 31 December 2015 and 1 January 2016.

A. BUS STOPS SKIPPED DUE TO ROAD CLOSURES

1. M ARINA BAY SINGAPORE COUNTDOWN

Eighteen services - 10, 36, 56, 57, 70M, 97, 100, 111, 130, 131, 133, 162M, 195, 196, 400, 402, 502 and 518 - will skip 12 bus stops along Bayfront Avenue, Collyer Quay, Connaught Drive, Esplanade Drive, Fullerton Road, Marina Boulevard, Raffles Avenue and Temasek Avenue. The bus stops will be closed in phases from 6.00pm on 31 December 2015 to 1.30am on 1 January 2016 and the buses diverted accordingly.

The six Nite Owl services that operate from 12.00am to 1.30am on Friday, 1 January 2016 will skip two bus stops along Raffles Avenue. They will commence service from the bus stop, along North Bridge Road, in front of St. Andrew's Cathedral. (Bus stop code 04167)

2. COUNTDOWN @ BOON LAY 2016

From 6.00pm on 31 December 2015 to 1.00am on 1 January 2016, three bus services - 99, 240 and 246 - will skip eight bus stops along Boon Lay Drive, Boon Lay Place and Corporation Road due to road closures.

3. SG50 FINALE "WE ARE ONE" COUNTDOWN 2015

From 5.00pm on 31 December 2015 to 12.30am on 1 January 2016, four bus services - 112, 113, 115 and 119 - will skip the bus stop along Hougang Street 21, in front of Hougang Street 21 Food Centre (bus stop code 63221) due to road closure. Passengers can still board and alight at the temporary bus stop along Hougang Street 21.

4. WEST COAST SWING

On 1 January 2016 from 4.00pm to 11.00pm, Service 282 will skip four bus stops along West Coast Road and Clementi West Street 2, due to road closures
