Bus Services Affected by the Paya Lebar National Day Carnival 2026

4 August 2026 – Five SBS Transit bus services – 53M, 112, 113, 115 and 146 – will be affected by road closure due to the Paya Lebar National Day Carnival 2026 on Saturday, 8 August 2026, from 12.00pm to 10.00pm.

As a result, they will travel on alternate routes and skip the bus stop along Hougang Street 21, in front of Kovan Hub (63221). 

During this period, Services 53M and 115 will commence from the bus stop along Hougang Street 21, between Blocks 210/211 (63231). Service 53M will terminate at the bus stop along Hougang Street 21, opposite Block 211 (63239), while Service 115 will terminate at the bus stop along Upper Serangoon Road, outside Kovan Station Exit C (63039).
