Changes to Express Services 513 and 850E

11 May 2026 – From Monday, 15 June 2026, Express Service 513 will be extended, while Express Service 850E will operate an additional trip. Both services will be renamed as City Direct Services 646 and 650 respectively.

Express Service 513 
Express Service 513 will be known as City Direct Service 646 and extended to ply a longer route along Tampines Avenue 6 and Tampines Street 64. With this change, Service 646 will serve 6 additional pairs of bus stops along Tampines Avenue 6, Tampines North Drive 1 and Tampines Street 64. Its morning schedule will also be adjusted – it will arrive at the first stop along Tampines Street 64, opposite Blk 662B (75531) at 7.10am, 7.22am and 7.35am. There is no change in the departure timings at existing unaffected bus stops. 

Express Service 850E 
Express Service 850E will be known as City Direct Service 650 and operate an additional trip in the morning. This means it will operate nine trips between 7.10am and 7.50am on weekday mornings excluding Public Holidays, at a scheduled frequency of five minutes. There will be no change to its route and the schedule of its evening trips.
