DTL Travel Advisory on 1 March 2018

1 March 2018 – Trains on the Downtown Line (DTL) will continue to travel at lower speeds between Promenade and Downtown Stations until the end of operational hours today. Efforts to restore normalcy along the affected stretch will continue through engineering hours. Trains on the unaffected segments of the DTL are running at normal speeds.

Commuters travelling in either direction between Promenade and Downtown stations this evening should expect an additional travelling time of up to 15 minutes. As some stations may experience crowds, we would like to seek commuters’ patience and understanding.

Commuters may wish to take alternative MRT lines to continue their journeys. Free boarding of regular bus services will continue to be available at designated bus stops between Bugis and Chinatown stations.
