Early Closure of the Punggol Light Rail Transit system on 7 December 2019

All stations on the Punggol Light Rail Transit (LRT) system will close earlier at around 10.15pm on Saturday, 7 December 2019, for maintenance works.

 

During this period, commuters will be served by shuttle bus services at designated stops near the closed stations. The shuttle bus services – LRT Shuttle East and LRT Shuttle West – will pick up and drop off commuters at the LRT stations of each respective loop. Fares for the shuttle bus services will follow the same fare structure as the LRT. 

 

Ground staff will be deployed in the vicinity of the stations to assist affected commuters.

 

Commuters will be informed of the planned station closures via announcements and publicity posters at the stations and through SBS Transit’s social media pages.
