Enhancements to Bus Services (Services 123 & 131M)
Enhancements to two SBS Transit bus services will be taking place in the month of August. Service 123 will have its route extended from 24 August, as well as a new supplementary service - Service 131M - will be rolled out from 25 August. With the introduction of Service 131M, Service 275 will be withdrawn.

Service 123
From Sunday, 24 August 2014, the route of Service 123 will be extended to terminate at the HarbourFront Bus Interchange. Currently, the service plies between Bukit Merah and Bukit Purmei Avenue. With the extension, it will call at eight new bus stops along Lower Delta Road, Kampong Bahru Road and Telok Blangah Road
The extended route will provide better connectivity for commuters in the Bukit Purmei area to HarbourFront MRT Station and Bus Interchange. Besides enhancing connectivity to key transport nodes, the extended route will also provide convenient access to amenities such as VivoCity and HarbourFront Centre.
Service 123 will continue to operate from 5.45am to 11.45pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 6.00am to 11.45pm on Sundays and Public Holidays, from the Bukit Merah Interchange. It will also start to operate at similar times from the HarbourFront Interchange

Service 131M
A new supplementary service - Service 131M - will be rolled out from Monday, 25 August to supplement Service 131 during the morning and evening peak hours. This loop service will serve eight bus stops between the Bukit Merah Bus Interchange and Bukit Purmei Avenue. It will operate on weekdays, from 6.40am to 9.10am, as well as from 5.10pm to 7.50pm.

Service 275
As Service 131M will serve the same route as Service 275, the latter service will stop operating from Monday, 25 August 2014. Existing commuters of Service 275 will not be inconvenienced as they can take Service 131 / 131M to get to their destinations. Service 131 operates daily from 5.45am to 12.00am at the Bukit Merah Interchange and from 5.45am to 11.30pm at the St Michaels Terminal.
