Extension of Operational Hours and Service Changes During F1 Singapore Grand Prix 2025
2 September 2025 – SBS Transit will be extending the operational hours of its train and selected bus services during the Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 from 3 to 5 October. In addition, there will be temporary changes in the originating/terminating stops of Service 195 due to road closures from 1 to 6 October.
1. EXTENSION OF OPERATIONAL HOURS FOR TRAIN AND SELECTED BUS SERVICES ON RACE DAYS
On Friday, 3 October, train services on the North East and Downtown Lines as well as on the Sengkang-Punggol Light Rail Transit systems will be extended by about 30 minutes.
On Saturday and Sunday, 4 and 5 October, train services will be extended by about one hour.
From 3 to 5 October, 19 selected bus services – 60A, 63M, 114A, 222, 225G, 228, 229, 232, 238, 261, 269, 291, 292, 293, 315, 325, 410W, 804 and 812 – will also run later at their respective bus interchanges to complement the extension of train operational hours.
2. CHANGES IN ORIGINATING/TERMINATING STOPS OF SERVICE 195
From 1 to 6 October, Service 195 will operate temporarily from the Kampong Bahru Terminal instead of the Marina Centre Terminal due to road closures at the Marina Centre area. It will call temporarily at 13 bus stops along Kampong Bahru Road, Eu Tong Sen Street, New Bridge Road and Spooner Road. It will, however, skip seven bus stops on its regular route along Raffles Avenue, North Bridge Road, North Boat Quay, Parliament Place and Raffles Boulevard.
