Route amendments for bus services along Kaki Bukit Avenue 1

The routes of six SBS Transit bus services - 5, 15, 58, 59, 87 and 585 - will be amended to resume their original routes along Kaki Bukit Avenue 1. In 2011, their routes were changed due to road closure to facilitate the construction of the Kaki Bukit Downtown Line 3. With the completion of the development works, the affected road will now be re-opened, allowing these six services to resume their original routes from Sunday, 24 April 2016.

The re-opening of the road will result in the pair of bus stops along Jalan Tenaga (in front of/opposite Blk 658) being relocated to Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 (in front of/opposite Blk 660A). Concurrently, another pair of bus stops along Jalan Damai, opposite Blk 668 and in front of Blk 671A, will be removed. These changes will take effect from 24 April 2016.
