Route amendments for Services 9, 19, 59, 89, 89e and 109
The routes of six SBS Transit bus services - 9, 19, 59, 89, 89e and 109 - will be temporarily amended from Sunday, 26 February 2023, due to the closure of a section of Loyang Avenue to facilitate the construction of the Cross Island Line and Loyang Viaduct. With this road closure, three pairs of bus stops will be closed and a pair of bus stops will be relocated to the bus-only corridor along Loyang Avenue.
As a result, the routes of these services will be amended to ply the bus-only corridor along Loyang Avenue, with Services 9, 19, 59, 89 and 109 calling at the relocated pair of bus stops:
- Opposite Loyang Valley (98041)
- Along Loyang Valley (98049)
Services 9, 19, 59, 89, 89e and 109 will also serve two additional pairs of bus stops along Loyang Way:
- In front of Krislite Building (98121)
- Opposite Krislite Building (98129)
- Before Loyang Way 1 (98131)
- After Loyang Way 1 (98139)
