Route Extension for Service 146
24 November 2025 – From Sunday, 14 December 2025, the route of Service 146 will be extended to enhance connectivity for Woodleigh and Hougang residents. The extended route will provide a direct link to NE11 Woodleigh, NE13 Kovan and CC12 Bartley MRT Stations, as well as key amenities such as Kovan Hub, Hainanese Village Centre, Xinghua Primary School and Yuying Secondary School.
With this change, Service 146 will operate as a loop service between Woodleigh Bus Interchange and Kovan Hub, serving 14 additional bus stops along Hougang Avenues 1 & 3, Hougang Streets 13 & 21 and Tampines Road.
