Website, iris and iris app unavailable on Sunday, 17 November from midnight to 7am

We are conducting upgrading works at our Data centre which will involve the shutdown of our servers on Sunday, 17 November, between midnight and 7am. During this period, the SBS Transit's website, iris service, iris app and bus departure information on display panels at bus interchanges will not be available. Users will also not be able to lodge a feedback or report a loss item on our hotline or via email. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.
