Bus services affected by road closures for the 2017 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix

From 12 to 18 September 2017, 29 SBS Transit bus services will be affected by road closures for the 2017 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.

Due to road closures from 12 to 18 September, 29 bus services – 10, 10e, 14/14A, 14e, 16, 32, 51, 56, 57, 63, 70/70A/70M, 80, 100, 107/107M, 111, 124, 128, 130, 131/131A, 133, 145, 162/162M, 166, 174, 195/195A/195B, 196/196A, 196e, 197 and 502/502A – will have to skip bus stops along their regular routes. The affected roads include Nicoll Highway, Beach Road, Collyer Quay and the Marina Centre area.

On 15 and 16 September 2017, from 12.00am to 2.00am, Nite Owl Services – 1N, 2N, 3N, 4N, 5N and 6N – will commence their trips from the bus stop along North Bridge Road opposite The Treasury (bus stop 04249). This means that they will skip the first four bus stops along their regular routes due to road closures.

The road closures will also result in the route of Service 195 being temporarily amended to operate from the New Bridge Road Terminal instead of the Marina Centre Terminal. With this change, it will temporarily call at 10 bus stops along Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road while it will skip seven bus stops on its regular route along Raffles Avenue, North Bridge Road, North Boat Quay, Parliament Place and Raffles Boulevard. This will be from 13 to 18 September.

From 12 to 18 September, bus arrival timings will not be available for all affected bus services on SBS Transit's mobile app and website. Similarly, passengers who query via SMS will receive a message informing them that the bus arrival information is not available for the affected SBS Transit services. During this period, commuters may experience some service delays and we seek their kind understanding.
