Services 24 and 38 will call at a pair of new bus stops along Upper Changi Road East from Sunday, 8 April 2018. This pair of new bus stops will be located in front of/opposite the Singapore Expo Halls 7, 8 and 9.

Service 24, which is a loop service originating from the Ang Mo Kio Interchange, and Service 38, which plies between the Tampines Interchange and the Bedok Interchange, will call at the pair of new bus stops along Upper Changi Road East on their forward and return trip (bus stop codes 95901 and 95909).
