Introduction of Service 142A

To better serve the travel needs of commuters in the Potong Pasir estate, Service 142A will be introduced to operate during the morning peak hours from Monday, 24 December 2018. This new short-trip service will complement Service 142, which is a loop service that currently plies between the Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and Potong Pasir Avenue 1.

Service 142A will operate four trips during the morning peak period on weekdays, excluding public holidays. The first two trips will depart the Toa Payoh Interchange at 6.28am and 6.44am and take a similar route as Service 142. However, unlike Service 142, these two trips will not turnaround for its return trip back to the interchange but will instead terminate at the bus stop along Upper Serangoon Road in front of the Sant Ritz Condominium (60209).

The last two trips of Service 142A will commence operations from the bus stop along Upper Serangoon Road in front of 18 Woodsville Condominium (60201) at 7.22am and 7.49am while the earlier first two trips will call at this stop at 6.38am and 6.54am. All four trips will similarly terminate at the bus stop in front of the Sant Ritz Condominium (60209).
