Bus services affected by road closures for the 2016 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix

2 September 2016 - From 14 to 19 September 2016, 31 SBS Transit bus services will be affected by road closures for the 2016 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.

1) BUS STOPS SKIPPED
Due to road closures, 31 bus services - 10, 10e, 14/14A, 14e, 16, 32, 36/36A/36B, 51, 56, 57, 63, 70/70A/70M, 80, 100, 107/107M, 111, 124, 128, 130, 131/131A, 133, 145, 162/162M, 166, 174, 195/195A/195B, 196/196A, 196e, 197, 502/502A and 518/518A - will have to skip bus stops along their regular routes. The affected roads include Nicoll Highway, Beach Road, Collyer Quay and the Marina Centre area. 

2) CHANGES IN ORIGINATING/TERMINATING STOPS OF SERVICE 195
The road closures will also result in the route of Service 195 being temporarily amended to operate from the New Bridge Road Terminal instead of the Marina Centre Terminal. With this change, it will temporarily call at 10 bus stops along Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road while it will skip seven bus stops on its regular route along Raffles Avenue, North Bridge Road, North Boat Quay, Parliament Place and Raffles Boulevard. 

3) Iris NextBus
From 14 to 19 September, iris NextBus information will not be available for these 31 affected bus services. Passengers who query iris via SMS for any of the affected services during this period will receive an SMS informing them that the bus arrival information is not available. This incoming SMS will not be charged. Similarly, this information will also not be available on the SBS Transit iris app and website. 

During this period, commuters may experience some service delays and we seek their kind understanding.
