Premium and Nite Owl bus services affected by road closures for the 2016 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix

2 September 2016 - From 14 to 19 September 2016, all our 12 Premium Bus Services and six Nite Owl Services will be affected by road closures for the 2016 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.

1. PREMIUM BUS SERVICES

All our 12 Premium Bus Services - 535, 539, 544, 545, 549, 552, 553, 555, 560, 561, 585 and 761 - which operate only on weekdays, will skip the following three bus stops in the Central Business District due to road closures:

They will also terminate at the bus stop opposite the PWC Building (bus stop 03041), along Cross Street, instead of their regular bus stop in front of the Fullerton Square (bus stop 03011), along Fullerton Road.

2. NITE OWL SERVICES

On 16 and 17 September 2016, from 12.00am to 2.00am, Nite Owl Services - 1N, 2N, 3N, 4N, 5N and 6N - will commence their trips from the bus stop opposite The Treasury (bus stop 04249), along North Bridge Road. This means that they will skip the first four bus stops along their regular routes due to road closures:

3. Iris NextBus

From 14 to 19 September, iris NextBus information will not be available for SBS Transit’s Premium and Nite Owl services, as well as 31 basic bus services that are affected by road closures. Passengers who query iris via SMS for any of the affected services during this period will receive an SMS informing them that the bus arrival information is not available. This incoming SMS will not be charged. Similarly, this information will also not be available on the SBS Transit iris app and website.

During this period, commuters may experience some service delays and we seek their kind understanding.
